How to Block Email Addresses in Outlook

In Outlook, You can easily add an email address to the blocked list so you can block users who send spam messages to your inbox. When you receive emails from blocked email addresses, Outlook automatically deletes them.

Steps to Block Email Addresses in Outlook:-

1.Go to the Outlook.com and log-in by entering your email address and password.

2.Click on the gear icon located in the upper-right of the page, click more mail settings.

3. In this step, under preventing junk email, click Safe and blocked senders.

4. Next, click Blocked senders to add an email address to the blocked list.

5. Now, you enter your email address that you want to add to the blocked sender’s list and click “Add to list”. You can also add a whole domain to the blocked list.

Note: whenever you receive emails from blocked email addresses, Outlook automatically deletes the email for you. To remove a blocked email address or domain, select it and then click Remove from the list.
